I'm Robert Frew Playwright. Welcome to my website set up to promote my playwriting and also to publicise the work of actor and writer friends and contacts.

I have recently formed 'For the Record Theatre Productions' with the intention of working with talented actors and directors to get my writing out there to a wider audience, whether through live performances or videos posted online.

I have written a new monologue about homelessness and drug addiction entitled 'A Shop Doorway Anywhere in the UK'. It gets its first run-out at The Old Red Lion Theatre, London, on Monday 23rd March 2026 at 7.30 p.m. I'm very lucky to have actor Mike Duran on board to play the role of the shopkeeper.
